Conference Highlights

Keynote Speakers

Since 2007, Vision Quest has welcomed keynote presenters from around the globe to share their journeys of successes and challenges in making their visions a reality. From Olympic athletes to award-winning actors, comedians and recording artists to inspiring entrepreneurs and activists, our keynote speakers inspire, enlighten and entertain our delegation. Our goal is to showcase keynote speakers with whom our communities can identify on their road to success.

This year we are proud to present Susan Algukark and Kendal Netmaker as our Keynote Speakers.

VQC Workshops

Certification Course and Workshops

The mandate of Vision Quest Conferences Inc. is to support Indigenous business, community and economic development by providing opportunities for learning, networking, information sharing and partnership building. Each year, the Vision Quest Conference presents a Pre-Conference Certification Course as well as over a dozen interactive workshop options.

Local, national and international speakers present a wide array of workshops focussed in the categories of business, community/personal development and youth. Delegates select their preferred workshop options on-site at the Conference.

VQC Tradeshow

Trade Show

The Vision Quest Trade Show is a major attraction of the Vision Quest Conference. Our nearly 100 booths are located adjacent to the Conference’s main plenary hall where our Grand Entry, Opening Ceremonies, keynote presentations, continental breakfasts and lunches are held.

Exhibitors include entrepreneurial businesses, post-secondary educational and training options, government agencies and services, funding and investment institutions, hospitality facilities and activities, fashion, artisans and craftspeople. In addition to the Conference delegates attending, the Trade Show is open to the public at no charge.

VQC Gala Banquet Dinner

Gala Banquet

The Vision Quest Conference & Trade Show wraps up with a Gala Banquet which includes a Grand Entry, cultural presentations, three course dinner, announcements of the Steve Prince Memorial Bursary and Dragon’s Quest Business Plan Competition award winners, and prize draws.
