Eiliyah leads Catalyste+ Indigenous and Northern Services in Manitoba, collaborating with First Nation, Inuit, and Métis governments and organizations across Canadian provinces to enhance capacity and attain economic development goals. With a decade of experience in economic development, including consulting with the World Bank Group, Eiliyah brings invaluable expertise to her role. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Australian National University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
