Joshua Derbecker

Pathways to IT Program, School of Indigenous Education, Red River College Polytech

Joshua serves as the Instructor for the Pathway to Information Technology Program at Red River College. With over a decade dedicated to community development, he specialized in empowering youth and individuals overcoming employment obstacles. In 2019, he transitioned into tech, gaining four years of experience working for a managed service provider in Oshawa. In 2022, Joshua joined the College’s School of Indigenous Education and works to advance Indigenous voices in the industry.
