Biography

Tim manages the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business and the Indigenous Business Directory in the Transformative Indigenous Procurement Strategy Directorate at Indigenous Services Canada. Through this role, he supports and educates Indigenous business owners looking to sell their goods and services to the Government of Canada. He previously served at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PAC), leading the implementation of the Nunavut Directive and developing tools to increase Indigenous representation in federal procurement. He’s a veteran of the Canadian Forces and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Manitoba.
