3. Hip Hop and Hypnosis

The Hip-Hop & Hypnosis Healing Workshop is a high-energy 70-minute personal development experience focused on healing, recovery, mindset shifts, and self-empowerment. Led by multi-award-winning Indigenous hip-hop artist K.A.S.P. alongside Scott Ward, one of Canada’s highly requested Indigenous entertainers, this workshop uses the energy and honesty of hip hop with hypnosis-based mindset tools to help participants strengthen their self-worth, shift their perspective, and build a more powerful inner voice. K.A.S.P. shares practical tools and lived experience from his journey of becoming clean and sober, growing as a person, and using hip hop as a path toward change. Scott Ward brings focus, imagination, positive suggestion, and confidence-building tools to support participants in seeing themselves in a stronger way. Attendees will leave inspired, recharged, and equipped with tools they can use immediately — because change doesn’t happen someday, it starts now.
