Robert Tucker
Biography
Robert began his fitness journey 11 years ago, losing 170 pounds in one year before regaining over 40 pounds to restore his health. His motivation was to improve his mental health, combat depression, and survive an attempted suicide. Drawing from his own experiences with weight loss and muscle building, he now helps others achieve their goals and build healthy, sustainable lifestyles. He believes discipline, dedication, consistency, and communication help people become the best version of themselves. Outside of coaching, Robert enjoys video games, drawing, and playing drums, and has performed live with a band.
