Justin Ducharme

Justin Ducharme is an instructor in the Cybersecurity Analyst program at MITT. Justin’s interest in technology started early, getting his first role in tech at Best Buy. Although, his natural talent for leadership and supporting others led him to spend 14 years working with youth in the child welfare system.

Eventually, Justin enrolled in MITT’s Network and Systems Administrator program. After studying there, he combined the communication skills he built while counselling, with his growing technical knowledge as an Instructional Assistant in the program, to become the program’s instructor in 2024. In 2025, he stepped into his current position as instructor for MITT’s newly launched Cybersecurity Analyst program.
