Vision Quest Conferences Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization formed through partnerships with five Manitoba Indigenous Community Futures Development Corporations. This celebrated annual Conference and Trade Show will attract over 1,000 participants through keynote presentations, interactive workshops, exhibits, networking events as well as a celebratory banquet.

Celebrating its 28th year, this annual event brings people together to discuss and promote Indigenous Business, Community and Economic Development. It has become a very well-respected event, providing opportunities for learning, networking, information sharing, partnership building as well as cultural awareness. Over the past 27 years, over 24,000 people have attended this unique event.

While many of our delegates travel from Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northern Ontario, Alberta and BC, Indigenous leaders and entrepreneurs from as far away as Nunavut, Northwest Territories and the U.S.A. also participate. Our delegates include: Indigenous Business Owners and Operators; Indigenous Youth; Community Leaders; Economic Development Officers; Investors and Financial Institutions; Government and Corporate Representatives; Business and Community Service Providers; those interested in doing business with the Indigenous community.

The Vision Quest Conference relies on the generosity of volunteers each year. As a non-profit, charitable organization, we are grateful for the donation of time, talent and energy contributed by our volunteers. Vision Quest would not happen without volunteers!

The Volunteer Application Form will be available in February 2025.

All volunteers are invited to attend the Conference on the day(s) you volunteer, prior to or after your shift.
