Pre-Conference Certification Course Exclusively for Conference Delegates

Vision Quest Conference & Trade Show is pleased to kick off this year’s event with a Pre-Conference Certification Course, exclusively for Conference delegates on Tuesday, May 17th, from 2:00 – 5:00 PM

Operations – Board & Staff

Presented by Jason Denbow from Community Futures Leadership Institute, this course will examine the five major leadership functions fulfilled by board members: decision maker, advisor, trustee, perpetuator, and leader.

Participants will:

  • Distinguish between board and management authority and accountability
  • Identify the relationship between board, management, and the staff
  • Be aware of organization and structure of a board

All participants who attend and finish the course will receive a certificate of completion.

The registration and payment deadline for the Pre-Conference Certification Course is April 18th, 2022.

Cost: Only $125.00
(Delegates only; In addition to Conference registration fee)

Refreshments provided. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years of age and must bring photo I.D. to check-in.
