Biography

Casandra Orantes is a wellness practitioner, human rights student, and advocate for healing, balance, and belonging. Her wellness journey began after being diagnosed with scoliosis and experiencing a car accident in her teens that left her feeling disconnected from her body. This prompted her to explore movement, mindfulness, and breath as tools for recovery and guiding principles in her life. Of Guatemalan and European descent, she is studying Human Rights and Indigenous Studies with an interest in the right to healing and holistic well-being. She works with individuals from diverse backgrounds, creating space for rest, reconnection, and resilience, and believes healing is attainable for everyone.
