Kayla Woodman 

Kayla is an Indigenous entrepreneur and the founder of Kayla Grace Beauty, based in Thompson, Manitoba. She launched her eyelash extension business in 2022 to create work that aligned with her life as a caregiver for an aging parent when a traditional 9–5 no longer fit her reality. Through Kayla Grace Beauty, she offers high-quality lash services in a welcoming, client-focused space. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and cared for while building a business that reflects her resilience, independence, and deep commitment to family and community.
