Sara is a former public service executive with experience at the municipal, provincial and non-governmental levels in Manitoba and across Canada. Sara has experience mentoring and advising several Indigenous communities and organizations across Canada with Catalyste+ in areas including strategic planning, organizational and policy development, and fundraising.
